The Victory Photocon Karate Organization of India (VSKAI) was originally founded in 2001 under the name Victory Budokan Karate Club (VBKC). The organization was the brainchild of several passionate martial arts enthusiasts, notably Karate Mallikarjun Gowd, along with M. Satyanarayana, K. Shiva Kumar, Lakmi Sri Ramulu, M. Sanjay, R. Ashok, U. Srinivas, and M. Venkatesh. United by a shared vision of promoting traditional karate and instilling discipline and strength in youth, these founding members laid the foundation for what would become a respected and rapidly growing karate organization in India.
